1.  Mining Industry - Remote Location

I have been using ExecuTrain of Utah for a couple of years now. When I first approached them about training, my emphasis was on computer training; specifically, Microsoft Office training. I couldn’t have found a better resource. Dale Byrd, General Manager of ExecuTrain of Utah, has been facilitating all of the training I’ve outsourced and he is phenomenal. Not only does he know Office inside and out (as if he wrote the programs himself), but his teaching style is such that the first time you meet him you know you’re going to like him and you know you’re going to learn.

I work with a mining organization where shift work is the primary schedule we work. Because of that, we’re always on the lookout for ways to improve the health and welfare of our workers. When I found out that Dale also taught Stress Management classes, and knowing how well received he has been by our workers, I invited him to facilitate 90 minute mini sessions to all of our employees. Again, I was not disappointed.

Thanks ExecuTrain of Utah for the great job you do, for making training fun, for the ease with which I’m able to work with all of you from scheduling to invoice payment, and for always being there when I need you. Most importantly, thanks for the fact that even though the training is over and you are back at home, you are never too busy to answer questions from any of my trainees on any questions they may have in conjunction to what you’ve taught them. Your willingness to do that puts you on the “gold medal” platform in my book.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank the staff at ExecuTrain for the wonderful support you have given me and (My Company).

I would also like you to know what a wonderful staff member you have with Char.  The other day when I was taking an Outlook class with her, I asked for some help on a problem I was having with another application that she had taught me.  She was more than willing to help, but unfortunately, we ran into some problems with the application on my system and it took a few hours to complete the task.  I just wanted to pass onto you the great appreciation I have for her wiliness to go above and beyond the time limits that were expected.  She is a marvelous person to work with.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your flexibility in meeting our training needs. I’ve worked with many training companies before, but never have I experienced the dedication and friendliness that you and Dale Byrd provided. From setting up the Lab to software installations you guys provided the personal touch by proving to me that you would do whatever it takes to make the class a success.

To top it off, you provided us with the best instructor in the business. Dave Solum is at the top of his game. Not one of the class participants was disappointed in his presentation and teaching. He is a true professional.
